AN ORDINANCE appropriating Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) from the Emergency Fund to the Maintenance Department
for the purchase of Diesel Pumps.
WHEREAS, current weather conditions have necessitated
the purchase of said pumps for use in emergency situations,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Emergency Fund to the
Maintenance Department for the purchase of Diesel Pumps.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 12, 1978.
