AN ORDINANCE appropriating One Thousand Dollars
($1,000.00) from the Fee Fee Trunk Sewer Revenue Fund to the
Maintenance Department for the purchase of a bucket machine.
WHEREAS, the sum hereby appropriated will be used in
addition to funds appropriated and set apart for the Fee Fee Trunk
Sewer Subdistrict by Ordinance No. 3401, adopted December 14,
1977,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Thousand Dollars
($1,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Fee Fee Trunk Sewer
Revenue Fund to the Maintenance Department for the purchase of a
bucket machine.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 12, 1978.
