AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of easements in St.
Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portions of the subject
easements and this District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of easements as described
below are hereby vacated, to wit:
A 15 foot existing easement on the West part of lot 6 and the
East part of lot 8 of Affton Industrial Park recorded in Plat
Book 108, pages 10-11 of the St. Louis County records in St.
Louis County, Missouri and described as follows:
Beginning at a point dividing lots 6 and 8 N 1 degree 35
minutes East 58 feet from the Northern line of Reavis Park
Court; thence North 88 degrees 25 minutes West 5 feet to a
point; thence parallel to the East line of lot 8 North 1
degree 35 minutes East 220.26 feet to a point; thence South
53 degrees 28 minutes 43 seconds East 18.30 feet to a point;
thence parallel to the West line of lot 6 South 1 degree 35
minutes West 209.78 feet to a point; thence North 88 degrees
25 minutes West 10 feet to the West line of lot 6 and the
point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 26, 1978.
