AN ORDINANCE, establishing the position of Technical
Adviser to the Executive Director within the administrative
unclassified service of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
and prescribing the salary thereof, with an emergency clause.
BE IT ORDAINED BE THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. A position in the administrative
unclassified service entitled "Technical Adviser to the Executive
Director" is hereby established. The salary for the position is
established at the rate of $47,500.00 per annum, payable in equal
bi-weekly installments.
Section Two. The transfer of Peter F. Mattei from the
position of Executive Director to the unclassified position of
Technical Adviser to the Executive Director is hereby effected,
and shall continue at the pleasure of the Board.
Section Three. The position hereby established is
essential to the operations of the District, and requires the
transfer as specified without delay, thus creating an emergency
within the meaning of the Plan. Accordingly, this Ordinance shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 4, 1978.
