AN ORDINANCE, establishing the position of Director of
Legal Services within the administrative unclassified service of
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District and providing for the
salary thereof.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. A position in the administrative
unclassified service entitled "Director of Legal Services" is
hereby established.
Section Two. The salary of the Director of Legal
Services shall be set by Ordinance by the Board of Trustees of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 10, 1978.
