AN ORDINANCE, transferring Five Thousand Four Hundred
Dollars ($5,400.00) from the unappropriated balance of the General
Fund of the Mississippi River Subdistrict, One Thousand Eighty
Dollars ($1,080.00) from the unappropriated balance of the Cold-
water Creek Sewer Revenue Fund, and One Hundred Twenty Dollars
($120.00) from the unappropriated balance of the Sugar Creek
Operating Fund to the General Fund of the District, and appropria-
ting Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000.00) from the unappropriated
balance of the General Fund of the District to the Secretary-
Treasurer's Department to pay the balance needed for the three
year insurance premium on the District's property insurance.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Thousand Four Hundred
Dollars ($5,400.00) is hereby transferred from the unappropriated
balance of the General Fund of the Mississippi River Subdistrict
to the General Fund of the District.
Section Two. The sum of One Thousand Eighty Dollars
($1,080.00) is hereby transferred from the unappropriated balance
of the Coldwater Creek Sewer Revenue Fund to the General Fund of
the District.
Section Three. The sum of One Hundred Twenty Dollars
($120.00) is hereby transferred from the unappropriated balance of
the Sugar Creek Operating Fund to the General Fund of the
District.
Section Four. The sum of Twelve Thousand Dollars
($12,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
balance of the General Fund of the District to the Secretary-
Treasurer's Department to be used to pay the balance needed for
the three year insurance premium on the District's property
insurance.
Section Five. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 10, 1978.
