AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-three Thousand Six
Hundred Dollars ($33,600.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to be used to
purchase the materials for a gabion project known as Southshire II
Project at Buckley Road, in St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, said project is a cooperative venture between
the District and St. Louis County, Missouri, wherein the District
will supply the necessary materials, and St. Louis County,
Missouri, will supply the engineering, labor and equipment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-three Thousand Six
Hundred Dollars ($33,600.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Gravois Creek to be used to purchase materials for a gabion
project known as Southshire II Project at Buckley Road, in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 24, 1978.
