AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Christian
Contracting, Inc. for the construction of a stormwater channel in
Knolls-Chambray (S-1192), in the City of Creve Coeur, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Christian Contracting, Inc. for the
construction of a stormwater channel in Knolls-Chambray (S-1192),
in the City of Creve Coeur, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the
27th day of April, 1978, and formally executed on the 9th day of
May, 1978, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and
the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 24, 1978.
