AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with R. V. Wagner,
Inc. for the construction of storm and sanitary sewers in South
Overland (Page to Theodosia) Phase II, in the City of Overland,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to R. V. Wagner, Inc. for the construction of
storm and sanitary sewers in South Overland (Page to Theodosia)
Phase II, in the City of Overland, Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 3rd day of May, 1978, and formally executed on
the 9th day of May, 1978, by said contractor and by the Executive
Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in
the following form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 24, 1978.
