AN ORDINANCE renewing a contract with American United
Life Insurance Company for the District's employee group life
insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage from
June 1, 1978 to June 1, 1979,
WHEREAS, American United Life Insurance Company, the
present carrier of the employee group life insurance and
accidental death and dismemberment coverage from June 1, 1977 to
June 1, 1978, has submitted a proposal for renewal of such
contract for the year June 1, 1978 to June 1, 1979 at the same
cost for the year,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The American United Life Insurance
Company, the present insurance carrier for the District's employee
life group insurance and accidental death and dismemberment
coverage, is hereby awarded the renewal contract for such coverage
from June 1, 1978 to June 1, 1979.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 24, 1978.
