AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seventy-two Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($72,500.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for
the construction of storm sewers in Whitfield Lane (S-1055), in
the City of Edmundson, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Edmundson, Missouri has agreed to
contribute one-half (1/2) of the costs of said project; upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, the Executive Director is
authorized to issue the notice to proceed to the contractor, and
said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Con-
struction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventy-two Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($72,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek to be used for the construction of storm sewers in
Whitfield Lane (S-1055), in the City of Edmundson, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 16, 1978.
