AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Midwest Piping
Contractors, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in
Whitfield Lane (S-1055), in the City of Edmundson, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Midwest Piping Contractors, Inc. for the
construction of storm sewers in Whitfield Lane (S-1055), in the
City of Edmundson, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 27th
day of April, 1978, and formally executed on the 9th day of May,
1978, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 16, 1978.
