AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Thousand Nine Hundred
Twenty-nine Dollars ($2,929.00) from the Coldwater Creek Sewer
Extension and Improvement Fund to pay the Environmental Protection
Agency for costs not eligible for Federal participation in the
Robertson Lateral Sanitary Sewer Project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Thousand Nine Hundred
Twenty-nine Dollars ($2,929.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Coldwater Creek Sewer Extension and Improvement Fund to pay the
Environmental Protection Agency for costs not eligible for Federal
participation in the Robertson Lateral Sanitary Sewer Project.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 16, 1978.
