AN ORDINANCE, transferring Eighteen Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($18,500.00) from the General Fund of the
Mississippi River Subdistrict, Four Thousand Two Hundred Dollars
($4,200.00) from the Operation and Maintenance Fund of Coldwater
Creek, Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) from the Bonfils Operating
Fund, Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) from the Spanish Lake
Operating Fund, and Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) from the Sugar
Creek Operating Fund, to the General Fund of the District; and
appropriating Forty-two Thousand Dollars ($42,000.00) from the
General Fund of the District for additional costs for Phase I for
the Design and Implementation of Improved Accounting and Related
Systems for the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighteen Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($18,500.00) is hereby transferred from the General Fund
of the Mississippi River Subdistrict to the General Fund of the
District.
Section Two. The sum of Four Thousand Two Hundred
Dollars ($4,200.00) is hereby transferred from the Operation and
Maintenance Fund of Coldwater Creek to the General Fund of the
District.
Section Three. The sum of Five Hundred Dollars
($500.00) is hereby transferred from the Bonfils Operating Fund to
the General Fund of the District.
Section Four. The sum of Five Hundred Dollars
($500.00) is hereby transferred from the Spanish Lake Operating
Fund to the General Fund of the District.
Section Five. The sum of Five Hundred Dollars
($500.00) is hereby transferred from the Sugar Creek Operating
Fund to the General Fund of the District.
Section Six. The sum of Forty-two Thousand Dollars
($42,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District for additional costs for Phase I for the Design and
Implementation of Improved Accounting and Related Systems for the
District.
Section Seven. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 28, 1978.
