AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of an easement in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested that the District vacate a portion of said easement, and
WHEREAS, this District has no further use for the
portion of said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of said easement as described
below is hereby vacated, to wit: The Southern 13.00 feet of Lot 9 of Kosciusko Subdivision in City Block 718 of the City of St. Louis Records and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point in the Southeastern line of Broadway 75 feet wide said point being the Southwestern corner of said Lot 9; thence Southeastwardly along the Southwestern line of said Lot 9 a distance of 152.00 feet to the Southeastern corner of said Lot 9; thence North 35 degrees 15 minutes 08 seconds East a distance of 13.00 feet to a point; thence Northwestwardly along a line which is 13.00 feet Northeast of and parallel with its Southwestern line of said Lot 9 to a point in the Southeastern line of Broadway 75 feet wide; thence South 32 degrees 21 minutes 59 seconds West a distance of 50.00 feet to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 28, 1978.
