AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifty-three Thousand Four
Hundred Dollars ($53,400.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for
the construction of storm sewers in Brenton & Macon Extension (S-
1258), in the Cities of Berkeley, Missouri and Woodson Terrace,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Berkeley, Missouri has agreed to
contribute one-third (1/3) of the costs of said project, upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of Woodson Terrace, Missouri has
agreed to contribute one-third (1/3) of the costs of said project,
upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will
be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Im-
provement Fund of Coldwater Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty-three Thousand Four
Hundred Dollars ($53,400.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek to be used for the construction of storm sewers in
Brenton & Macon Extension (S-1258), in the Cities of Berkeley,
Missouri and Woodson Terrace, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 12, 1978.
