AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Midwest Piping
Contractors, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Brenton
& Macon Extension (S-1258), in the Cities of Berkeley, Missouri
and Woodson Terrace, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Midwest Piping Contractors, Inc. as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Brenton & Macon Extension (S-1258), in the Cities of Berkeley,
Missouri and Woodson Terrace, Missouri, within The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on
the 16th day of June, 1978, and formally executed on the 27th day
of June, 1978, by said contractor and by the Executive Director
and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 12, 1978.
