AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-five Thousand
Dollars ($25,000.00) from the General Fund of the District for the
District's contribution towards the implementation of the East-
West Gateway Coordinating Council 208 Study for St. Louis, St.
Louis County, Meramec-Missouri River Watersheds.
WHEREAS, the amount hereby appropriated will match a
seventy-five percent (75%) federal Environmental Protection Agency
grant to the East-West Gateway Coordinating Council for the
implementation of said study,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars
($25,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District for the District's contribution towards the
implementation of the East-West Gateway Coordinating Council 208
Study for St. Louis, St. Louis County, Meramec-Missouri River
Watersheds.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 12, 1978.
