AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seventeen Thousand Eight
Hundred Dollars ($17,800.00) from the Mississippi River
Subdistrict Operating Fund to be used for the construction of
storm sewers in Banavie & Durness (S-1048), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Trustees of Glasgow Village have agreed to
contribute one-half (1/2) of the costs of said project; upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Mississippi River Subdistrict Operating Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventeen Thousand Eight
Hundred Dollars ($17,800.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Subdistrict Operating Fund to be used for the
construction of storm sewers in Banavie & Durness (S-1048), in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 26, 1978.
