AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer to subordinate certain rights
across portions of easements owned by The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District to the State Highway Commission of Missouri for the
purpose of highway improvements on State Highway Route 725 between
Wood Avenue and St. Charles Rock Road.
WHEREAS, the subordination of said rights in said
easements will not interfere with the sewer service provided
therein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
does hereby subordinate certain rights across portions of
easements owned by the District to the State Highway Commission of
Missouri for the purpose of highway improvements on State Highway
Route 725 between Wood Avenue and St. Charles Rock Road.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf
of the District an instrument giving effect to Section One hereof,
in the form as attached hereto.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 26, 1978.
