AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer to sell the District's 1966 31-
foot Grafton Steel Boat, Manufacturer's No. 3723166, Title No.
56615, to The Port Authority of the City of St. Louis, Missouri,
and to execute a sale agreement upon the conditions hereinafter
set out.
WHEREAS, the District no longer requires the use of
said boat,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
does hereby sell to The Port Authority of the City of St. Louis,
Missouri, upon the general terms and conditions hereinafter set
forth, a 1966 31-foot Grafton Steel Boat, Title No. 56615.
Section Two. The purchase price for said boat shall be
Seven Thousand Dollars ($7,000.00), payable in two equal yearly
installments of Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($3,500.00).
Section Three. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf
of the District a sale agreement giving effect to Sections One and
Two hereof and embodying such general terms and conditions as
approved by the Assistant Executive Director and General Counsel
of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 26, 1978.
