AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-four Thousand Six
Dollars ($34,600.00) from the Mississippi River Subdistrict Fund
to be used for the construction of storm sewers in 366 W. Goetz
(S-1204), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri, pursuant to the
Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 of the United States
of America, has agreed to contribute one-half (1/2) of the costs
of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source,
said moneys will be returned to the Mississippi River Operating
Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-four Thousand Six
Hundred Dollars ($34,600.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Subdistrict Operating Fund to be used for the
construction of storm sewers in 366 W. Goetz (S-1204), in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 9, 1978.
