AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with McCarthy
Brothers Construction Company for the construction of storm sewers
in 366 W. Goetz (S-1204), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to McCarthy Brothers Construction Company as
the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm
sewers in 366 W. Goetz (S-1204), in St. Louis County, Missouri,
within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 13th day of July, 1978, and formally
executed on the 25th day of July, 1978, by said contractor and by
the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 9, 1978.
