AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Koebel Subdivision, St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate a portion of the subject
easement and the District has no further need for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a
sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
The ten (10) foot wide easement along the West line of Lot 3
of Koebel Subdivision, a subdivision recorded in Plat Book
157, Page 71 of the St. Louis County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 9, 1978.
