AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifty-three Thousand Three
Hundred Sixty-nine Dollars ($53,369.00) from the Mississippi River
Subdistrict Construction Fund to be used for the construction of a
second electrical service to the Wharf Street Pump Station, in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty-three Thousand Three
Hundred Sixty-nine Dollars ($53,360.00) is hereby appropriated
from the Mississippi River Subdistrict Construction Fund to be
used for the construction of a second electrical service to the
Wharf Street Pump Station, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 9, 1978.
