AN ORDINANCE, vacating an easement in St. Louis County,
Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested that the District vacate said easement, and
WHEREAS, the sewer in said easement has been relocated,
and
WHEREAS, this District has no further use for said
easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The easement as described below is
vacated, to wit:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 27 of "Spring
Valley", a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 178, Page 19 of the
St. Louis County Records, thence South 13 degrees 55 minutes 00
seconds East 10.35 feet to the actual point of beginning, thence
South 88 degrees 55 minutes 00 seconds East 5.175 feet, thence
South 13 degrees 55 minutes 00 seconds East 20.33 feet, thence
South 01 degrees 05 minutes 00 seconds West 38.64 feet, thence
North 13 degrees 55 minutes 00 seconds West 60.33 feet, thence
South 88 degrees 55 minutes 00 seconds East 5.175 feet to the
actual point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 23, 1978.
