AN ORDINANCE, vacating an easement and a portion of an
easement in St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the easement and a portion of an
easement, and this District has no further use for said easement
and portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The easement and portion of an easement
as described below are hereby vacated, to wit:
Those easements granted to Fee Fee Trunk Sewer, Inc. by deed
recorded in Book 6999, Page 513 of the St. Louis County records in
Lots 80 and 81 of Four Winds Farm Estates Plat 3-A, a subdivision
of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 174, Page 61 of the St. Louis County records
and more particularly described as follows:
1. All of that ten (10) foot by ten (10) foot easement on said
Lot 80.
2. That ten (10) foot north-south easement on said Lot 81,
excepting therefrom the southern ten (10) feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 23, 1978.
