AN ORDINANCE, transferring Two Hundred Sixty Thousand
Dollars ($260,000.00) from the General Fund of the Mississippi
River Subdistrict, Thirty-seven Thousand Dollars ($37,000.00) from
the Operation and Maintenance Fund of Coldwater Creek, Four
Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00) from the Bonfils Operating Fund, One
Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) from the Spanish Lake Operating Fund,
Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) from the Sugar Creek Operating
Fund, One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) from the Missouri Bottoms
Operating Fund, and Thirty-four Thousand Dollars ($34,000.00) from
the Fee Fee Subdistrict Operating Fund, to the General Fund of the
District; and appropriating Five Hundred Twenty-five Thousand
Dollars ($525,000.00) from the General Fund of the District for
the purchase of an IBM 370/135 Computing System for the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Sixty Thousand
Dollars ($260,000.00) is hereby transferred from the General Fund
of the Mississippi River Subdistrict to the General Fund of the
District.
Section Two. The sum of Thirty-seven Thousand Dollars
($37,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Operation and
Maintenance Fund of Coldwater Creek to the General Fund of the
District.
Section Three. The sum of Four Thousand Dollars
($4,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Bonfils Operating Fund
to the General Fund of the District.
Section Pour. The sum of One Thousand Dollars
($1.000.00) is hereby transferred from the Spanish Lake Operating
Fund to the General Fund of the District.
Section Five. The sum of Three Thousand Dollars
($3,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Sugar Creek Operating
Fund to the General Fund of the District.
Section Six. The sum of One Thousand Dollars
($1,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Missouri Bottoms
Operating Fund to the General Fund of the District.
Section Seven. The sum of Thirty-four Thousand Dollars
($34,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Fee Fee Subdistrict
Operating Fund to the General Fund of the District.
Section Eight. The sum of Five Hundred Twenty-five
Thousand Dollars ($525,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the District for the purchase of an IBM 370/135
Computing System for the District.
Section Nine. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 23, 1978.
