AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Powers Computer
Products, Inc. for the purchase of an IBM 370/135 Computing System
for the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Powers Computer Products, Inc. as the most
satisfactory bidder meeting District requirements for the purchase
of an IBM 370/135 Computing System, pursuant to bids received and
opened on the 27th day of July, 1978, and formally executed on the
8th day of August, 1978, by said corporation and by the Executive
Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in
the following form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 23, 1978.
