AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Hof
Construction, Inc. for The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
Computer Room Remodeling (S-1391).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Hof Construction, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
Computer Room Remodeling (S-1391), pursuant to bids received and
opened on the 17th day of August, 1978, and formally executed on
the 22nd day of August, 1978, by said contractor and by the
Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District in the following form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 23, 1978.
