AN ORDINANCE, appropriating the sum of Twenty-eight
Thousand Fifty-nine and 35/100 Dollars ($28,059.35) from the
General Fund of the District (Legal Department, Account 01-551-
105) to pay charges for professional and consultant services
rendered in connection with the negotiation, drafting and
consummation of purchase agreements for Fee Fee Trunk Sewer, Inc.
and Missouri Bottoms Sewer Company.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-eight Thousand Fifty--
nine and 35/100 Dollars ($28,059.35) is hereby appropriated from
the General Fund of the District (Legal Department, Account 01-
551-105) to pay charges for professional and consultant services
rendered in connection with the negotiation, drafting and
consummation of purchase agreements for Fee Fee Trunk Sewer, Inc.
and Missouri Bottoms Sewer Company.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 23, 1978.
