AN ORDINANCE, transferring Nine Hundred Fifty-six
Thousand Dollars ($956,000.00) from the General Fund of the
Mississippi River Subdistrict, One Hundred Thirty-five Thousand
Dollars ($135,000.00) from the Coldwater Creek Sewer Revenue Fund,
Fourteen Thousand Dollars ($14,000.00) from the Bonfils Operating
Fund, Eleven Thousand Dollars, ($11,000.00) from the Sugar Creek
Operating Fund, and Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00) from the
Spanish Lake Operating Fund, to the General Fund of the District;
and appropriating One Million Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars
($1,800,000.00) from the General Fund of the District for payment
to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District Employees Pension
Fund to maintain the current level of funding the Pension Plan.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Nine Hundred Fifty-six
Thousand Dollars ($956,000.00) is hereby transferred from the
General Fund of the Mississippi River Subdistrict to the General
Fund of the District.
Section Two. The sum of One Hundred Thirty-five
Thousand Dollars ($135,000.00) is hereby transferred from the
Coldwater Creek Sewer Revenue Fund to the General Fund of the
District.
Section Three. The sum of Fourteen Thousand Dollars
($14,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Bonfils Operating Fund
to the General Fund of the District.
Section Four. The sum of Eleven Thousand Dollars
($11,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Sugar Creek Operating
Fund to the General Fund of the District.
Section Five. The sum of Four Thousand Dollars
($4,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Spanish Lake Operating
Fund to the General Fund of the District.
Section Six. The sum of One Million Eight Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($1,800,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the District for payment to The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District Employees Pension Fund to maintain the
current level of funding the Pension Plan.
Section Seven. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 23, 1978.
