Board of Assessors Meeting
January 13, 2011
Members Present: Jim Jursak Diane Salomone and Howard Hayes
Also attending was David Tately, Deputy Assessor
Mr. Hayes called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m.
Old Business:
Mr. Jursak moved to approve the minutes of the December 9, 2010 meetings. Mr. Hayes
seconded, and the motion passed 3-0.
New Business:

Mr. Jursak moved to convene Executive Session to discuss and vote on Real Estate
Abatement Applications. Mr. Hayes seconded. Roll call vote was taken to enter Executive
Session at 6:10. Jursak-yes, Hayes-yes, Salomone-yes.
The Board exited Executive Session at 7:20.
Ms. Salomone moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:20 p.m. Mr. Jursak seconded, and it passed
3-0.
