AN ORDINANCE, transferring Sixty-nine Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($69,500.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Fountain Creek to the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek;
and appropriating Three Hundred Eighty-eight Thousand Dollars
($388,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for the
construction of storm sewers in Subdistrict No. 88 (Fountain Creek
Lower Sec. I) S-1256, in the City of Florissant, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
One Hundred Thirty-nine Thousand Dollars ($139,000.00) toward the
costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said
source said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of Florissant, Missouri pursuant to
the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, has agreed to
contribute One Hundred Thirty-nine Thousand Dollars ($139,000.00)
toward the costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds
from said source said money will be returned to the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty-nine Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($69,500.00) is hereby transferred from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Fountain Creek to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek.
Section Two. The sum of Three Hundred Eighty-eight
Thousand Dollars ($388,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek to be used for the construction of storm sewers in
Subdistrict No. 88 (Fountain Creek Lower Sec. I) S-1256, in the
City of Florissant, Missouri.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 13, 1978.
