AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Fred Weber,
Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Subdistrict No. 88
(Fountain Creek Lower Sec. I) S-1256, in the City of Florissant,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred Weber, Inc. as the lowest responsible
bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in Subdistrict No.
88 (Fountain Creek Lower Sec. I). S-1256, in the City of
Florissant, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 17th day of
August, 1978, and formally executed on the 22nd day of August,
1978, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 13, 1978.
