AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Lot 2 of
Craig Executive Park First Addition in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement and this
District has no further use for the subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The easement which lies within the southeast area of Lot 2 of
Craig Executive Park First Addition as recorded in Book 178,
pages 34 and 35 of the St. Louis County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 13, 1978.
