AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Twenty Thousand
Dollars ($120,000.00) from the Mississippi River Subdistrict
Operating Fund to be used for the installation of steel siphons at
Lemay #2 Pump Station Siphons (S-1342), in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Twenty Thousand
Dollars ($120,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi
River Subdistrict Operating Fund to be used for the installation
of steel siphons at Lemay #2 Pump Station Siphons (S-1342), in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 13, 1978.
