AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Gross
Engineering Company for the installation of steel siphons at Lemay
#2 Pump Station Siphons (S-1342), in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Gross Engineering Company as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the installation of steel siphons at Lemay
#2 Pump Station Siphons (S-1342, in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 19th day of June,
1978, and formally executed on the 12th day of September, 1978, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 13, 1978.
