AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of easements in St.
Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portions of the subject
easements, and this District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of easements as described
below are hereby vacated, to wit:
The portion of easements in Lots 10 and 11 of Patterson Acres
as recorded in Plat Book 62, page 47 of the St. Louis County
records and more particularly described as follows:
The northernmost ninety (90) feet of the five (5) foot
easement along the East line of Lot 10 and the northernmost
ninety (90) feet of the five (5) foot easement along the West
line of Lot 11 of the aforesaid Patterson Acres.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 11, 1978.
