AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-four Thousand
Dollars ($24,000.00) from the General Fund of the District to be
used for compensation for the unclassified position of Director of
Legal Services for the remainder of the fiscal year 1978-1979.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-four Thousand Dollars
($24,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District to be used for compensation for the unclassified position
of Director of Legal Services for the remainder of the fiscal year
1978-1979.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 11, 1978.
