FRf~: NEW CAPE II, INC. TO: ATMIYA LIQUORS, INC.
WHEREAS, application has been made to the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret, Middlesex County, State of New Jersey by ATMIYA LIQUORS, INC.
for a Person-to-Person Transfer of A.B.C. License #1201-32-040-004 from
NEW CAPE II, INC., present holder of san~, premises located at 835 Roosevelt
Avenue, Plaza 12, Carteret, New Jersey 07008 and the NEW CAPE II, INC. has
consented to assign their rights of said License to the aforesaid applicant;
and
WHEREAS, according to law, the application for transfer was duly advertised
in The Home News & Tribune, a newspaper circulated in the Borough of carteret
New Jersey and no objections to said transfer, either verbally or in writing,
were filed or made to the Governing Body or to the Municipal Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the application form is complete in all respects and the applicant
is qualified to be licensed according to all standards established by Title
33 of the New Jersey Statutes, promulgated thereunder, as well as pertinent
local ordinances and conditions consistent with Title 33; and
WH~IEAS, the applicant has disclosed, and the local authority has reviewed
the source of all funds used in the purchase of said license and the licensed
business and all addiEional financing obtained in connection with the lic-
censed business.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEIREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor end Council of
the Borough of Carteret, Middlesex County, State of New Jersey, that A.B.C.
License #1201-32-040-004, heretofore held by New Cape II, lnc. to sell alco-
holic beverages in conformity with the laws, statutes, rules and regulations
of the State of New Jersey and the resolutions, ordinances, rules and regu-
lations of the Borough of Carteret relating to and concerning said license
and the sale of alcoholic beverages at 835 Roosevelt Avenue, Plaza 12, Car-
teret, New Jersey 07008, be and the same is hereby transferred to the appli-
cant, ATMIYA LIQUORS, INC., ~o~ be held by them until such license expires.,
unless sooner revoked.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Municipal Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the endorsement of transfer on behalf of the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret; and
BE 1T FURTHER RESOLVED, that two (~) certified cepies of this Resolution be
sent forthwith to the State of New Jersey, Department of Law & Public SafeEy,
Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, Licensing Bureau, CN 087, Trenton,
New Jersey 08625-0087.
