AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 74 of St. Ann Hills 5th Addition, in the City of St. Ann, St.
Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the District has no further use for the
portion of the subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of sewer easement described
below is hereby vacated, to wit:
The western eighteen (18) feet of the easement along the East
line of Lot 74 of St. Ann Hills 5th Addition as recorded in
Plat Book 60, Pages 42 and 43 of the St. Louis County
Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 25, 1978.
