AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a contract with J. G. Randle & Associates,
Inc., for the preparation of plans and specifications for
Alterations and Additions to the Maintenance Building at 8645
Pardee Lane, St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the District requires specialized consulting
assistance in the preparation of said plans and specifications,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. That the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer be and they are hereby authorized to enter
into a contract with J. G. Randle & Associates, Inc., for the
preparation of plans and specifications for Alterations and
Additions to the Maintenance Building at 8645 Pardee Lane, St.
Louis County, Missouri, in the form as attached hereto.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 25, 1978.
