AN ORDINANCE, amending Ordinance No. 3581, as adopted
August 23, 1978, by repealing Section Two and enacting a new
Section Two in lieu thereof directing the repayment of funds to
the General Fund of the District and adding Section Three thereto.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Section Two of Ordinance No. 3581, as
adopted August 23, 1978, is hereby repealed.
Section Two. Section Two of Ordinance No. 3581 as
hereby amended shall read as follows:
"Section Two. Upon receipt of adequate funds by the
Fee Fee Trunk Sewer Subdistrict and the Missouri Bottoms Service
area, the sum as hereby appropriated will be repaid to the General
Fund of the District."
Section Three. Section Three of Ordinance No. 3581 as
hereby amended shall read as follows:
"Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment."
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 25, 1978.
