AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in the East 1/2
of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 3, Township 44 North, Range 4
East, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement and this
District has no further use for the subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The easement which lies within the East 1/2 of the Northwest
1/4 of Section 3, Township 44 North, Range 4 East, St. Louis
County, Missouri, as recorded in Plat Book 184, page 56 of
the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 25, 1978.
