AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Karsten
Equipment Company for the construction of the Berry Hills Sanitary
Interceptor, in Bridgeton, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Karsten Equipment Company as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of the Berry Hills
Sanitary Interceptor, in Bridgeton, Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 15th day of September, 1978, and formally
executed on the 26th day of September, 1978, by said contractor
and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 8, 1978.
