AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with McCarthy
Brothers Construction Company for the construction of storm sewers
in Subdistrict No. 377 (Highway 367 & Cambria - Section 3) S-1328,
in the City of Moline Acres, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to McCarthy Brothers Construction Company as
the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm
sewers in Subdistrict No. 377 (Highway 367 & Cambria - Section 3)
S-1328, in the City of Moline Acres, Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 13th day of October, 1978, and formally executed
on the 24th day of October, 1978, by said contractor and by the
Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 8, 1978.
