AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixteen Thousand Seven
Hundred Dollars ($16,700.00) from the Mississippi River
Subdistrict Operating Fund to be used for the reconstruction of
sanitary sewers in Brownell Avenue #822 (S-1227), in the City of
Glendale, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Glendale, Missouri, pursuant to
the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 of the United
States of America, has agreed to contribute one-half (1/2) of the
costs of said project, upon the receipt of such funds from said
source, said moneys will be returned to the Mississippi River
Subdistrict Operating Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixteen Thousand Seven Hundred
Dollars ($16,700.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi
River Subdistrict Operating Fund to be used for the reconstruction
of sanitary sewers in Brownell Avenue #822 (S-1227), in the City
of Glendale, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 8, 1978.
