AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Benco-Bommarito
Construction Company for the reconstruction of sanitary sewers in
Brownell Avenue #822 (S-1227), in the City of Glendale, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Benco-Bommarito Construction Company as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the reconstruction of sanitary
sewers in Brownell Avenue #822 (S-1227), in the City of Glendale,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 19th day of October,
1978, and formally executed on the 24th day of October, 1978, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 8, 1978.
