AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Forty Thousand Dollars
($40,000.00) from the Mississippi River Subdistrict Operating Fund
to be used for the construction of storm sewers in Lucas & Hunt
and South Roland (S-1353), in the Village of Pasadena Hills,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
one-third (1/3) of the costs of said project, upon the receipt of
such funds from said source, said money will be returned to the
Mississippi River Subdistrict Operating Fund, and
WHEREAS, the Village of Pasadena Hills, Missouri,
pursuant to the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 has
agreed to contribute one-third (1/3) of the costs of said project,
upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said
money will be returned to the Mississippi River Subdistrict
Operating Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty Thousand Dollars
($40,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Subdistrict Operating Fund to be used for the construction of
storm sewers in Lucas & Hunt and South Roland (S-1353), in the
Village of Pasadena Hills, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 8, 1978.
